Travellucie Travel Planning Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 2026

By purchasing a travel planning service from Travellucie ("Travellucie," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Travel Planning Services

Travellucie provides personalized travel research, itinerary planning, destination recommendations, and related travel-planning services based on the information provided by the Client.

Depending on the package purchased, recommendations may include accommodations, restaurants, attractions, activities, transportation options, and other travel experiences.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Travellucie provides travel planning and recommendation services only. The Client is responsible for completing and paying for reservations and bookings with third-party providers.

2. Planning Packages

Travellucie's standard travel-planning packages include:

Quick Escape — $75
Personalized travel planning for trips of 1–3 days.

The Getaway — $125
Personalized travel planning for trips of 4–7 days.

The Journey — $195
Personalized travel planning for trips of 8–14 days.

Additional destinations, extensive changes, rush requests, or services outside the selected package may incur additional fees.

3. Client Information

The Client is responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including travel dates, destination, budget, preferences, dietary requirements, and other relevant details.

Travellucie is not responsible for errors in an itinerary resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the Client.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard travel plans will generally be delivered within 7–10 business days after Travellucie has received both full payment and all required trip information.

Turnaround time may vary depending on the length or complexity of the trip.

Clients requiring faster delivery may request rush service, subject to availability and an additional fee.

5. Revisions

Each travel-planning package includes one reasonable round of revisions after the initial itinerary is delivered.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

A revision is intended for reasonable adjustments to the existing itinerary. Major changes—including changing the destination, substantially changing travel dates, changing the overall trip concept, or requesting a new itinerary—may require an additional fee.

6. Payments

Payment is required in full before travel planning begins.

Prices displayed on the Travellucie website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Any fees charged by the Client's bank, card provider, currency-conversion provider, or payment processor are the Client's responsibility.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Because Travellucie provides customized services and begins research based specifically on the Client's trip, planning fees become non-refundable once work on the itinerary has begun.

If a cancellation request is received before work begins, Travellucie may issue a refund at its discretion, less any applicable payment-processing fees.

Completed and delivered travel plans are non-refundable.

8. Third-Party Prices & Availability

Travel prices and availability can change at any time.

Airfare, hotel rates, transportation costs, restaurant availability, attraction tickets, tours, exchange rates, opening hours, entry requirements, and other travel-related information may change after an itinerary has been prepared.

Travellucie does not guarantee that a particular price, reservation, attraction, accommodation, or experience will remain available after the itinerary is delivered.

Clients are encouraged to make desired reservations promptly.

9. Third-Party Providers

Hotels, airlines, restaurants, tour operators, transportation companies, attractions, vacation rentals, and other businesses recommended by Travellucie are independent third parties.

Travellucie does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, service quality, policies, safety practices, or operations of third-party providers.

Any booking made directly with a third-party provider is subject to that provider's own terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and refund policies.

10. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring they possess the correct passport, visas, permits, vaccinations, insurance, entry authorizations, and other documentation required for travel.

Travellucie may provide general information or resources regarding entry requirements, but such information should not be considered legal or immigration advice.

Requirements can change, and Clients should verify current requirements directly with the appropriate government authorities before traveling.

11. Travel Insurance

Travellucie strongly recommends that Clients consider appropriate travel insurance for their trip.

The Client is responsible for evaluating and purchasing coverage suitable for their individual circumstances.

12. Changes During Travel

Weather, strikes, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, closures, emergencies, and other circumstances may affect a planned itinerary.

Travellucie cannot guarantee that every recommended activity or experience will occur exactly as planned.

Unless separately purchased or agreed upon, ongoing concierge assistance or itinerary management during the Client's trip is not included in the standard planning fee.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

Travellucie will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, thoughtful, and relevant travel recommendations based on information available at the time the itinerary is prepared.

However, travel inherently involves circumstances outside Travellucie's control. Travellucie cannot guarantee the Client's satisfaction with independent third-party accommodations, restaurants, attractions, transportation providers, or experiences.

14. Personalized Itineraries

Travel plans created by Travellucie are prepared specifically for the purchasing Client.

The Client may use and share their itinerary with members of their traveling party but may not resell, reproduce for commercial purposes, publish for resale, or distribute the itinerary as their own commercial travel-planning product without written permission from Travellucie.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment and selecting the agreement checkbox during checkout, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Travel Planning Terms & Conditions.
